Goal: bring all the equipment needed for class

Goal: to get credits and be on time for my classes

How does my level of involvement in physical activities affect my well-being?

Absent from lesson
Present but showed no effort and enthusiasm

I do not participate and contribute in physical activities.
Present but showed limited effort and enthusiasm

I can participate and contribute in physical activities with teacher and peer guidance.
I followed instructions from the teacher and others in my group
I am generally positive, but did not often physically try my hardest when practicing in the group

I consistently participate fully in all activities.

Where did you put yourself on the scale and why?
I put myself at multistructural On the scale because i played and contributed but didn’t do my best.
How did the session affect you physically? What happened to your body after doing exercise?
During the session the changes in my body I noticed were my legs got sore. This is because i was running around alot. After the session my face was normal. because i didnt try my best My body wasn’t sweating because i did try hard enough My heart rate was normal.
How did you feel participating in the session? How did this make you feel afterwards?
During the session I felt happy. because we were running around outside not in class.
I felt happy. afterwards because during the session i got to be outside.
Next time One thing I will change is……
Next time one thing I will change is people listening so we could play better.
i personally worked very hard on this reflection and i think i did very well
