Tupapa trail walk reflection

Reflection Questions

1) What level do you put yourself at for the Tupapa Trail walk and why?
I put myself at level 4 because I tried all the challenges and didn't give up.
2) How does this enhance one aspect of your well-being/ Hauora?
  • being with nature ( well-being )
  • running the stairs ( physical)
  • Talking to people and no technology ( social)
  • Looking at the view helped clear my mind ( Mental/Emotional

3) What could you do to improve next time
help others and go a bit harder when going up the stairs.
